Cardio Tennis is a high-energy group workout combining tennis drills with cardiovascular exercise design for players at all level. Whether you are a total beginner or season veteran, we ensure that you will definitely get in a great workout.
The focus is less on technique and more on improving fitness, agility, and endurance while hitting plenty of balls in a fun, social setting. The class includes warm-ups, fast-paced rally drills, and game-based exercises. It’s designed for players of all skill levels, providing a full-body workout that enhances footwork, reaction time, and overall tennis performance.
-Classes are between 1 hour to 1.5 hours long depending on the session.
-Ratio is 8 students to 1 coach.
